We had a Silver Cross travel system from Samuel Johnston and the zip on the apron for the pram spilt. We contacted them and they sent a replacement straight away. Couldn’t fault the service.

We purchased the ickle bubba V3 travel system in early 2022 for our baby due June 2022. When we went to set up the car seat part of the travel system month later we discovered it wasn’t very compatible with our car. So my husband called into the store and an employee was super helpful. He brought out different car seats also compatible with our travel system to let us try and exchanged the original car seat for us. Really helpful and the travel system we got is great.
